On January 4, 2016, Thrustleader obtain the best gift of the New Year--Thrustleader marine power independently research and development Chinese largest (2700HP) deck mounted azimuth thruster device and successful delivery.

It is reported that the delivery of 6 sets of deck mounted azimuth thruster device is according to the user needs to specially design for the 30,000 ton deck barge refitted power positioning system. Single set deck mounted azimuth thruster with the adjustment of immersion, tilting and rotation function, is total of about 15.5m and a total weight of about 36 tons, installed in the deck of the two sides.  It spent 300 days from the design, production and delivery . A number of key technologies are the domestic initiative, with all independent intellectual property rights and patents. This deck mounted azimuth thruster reached the international advanced level.

The deck barge total length is 173.83 meters, the width is 32.20 meters , the deepth is 10.50 meters and the dead displacement is 31033.2 tons, mainly applied to large-scale sea transport, deep sea operations and offshore oil drilling platform. The dynamic positioning matches 6 sets of Mitsubishi mainframe, 6 sets of Thrustleader deck mounted azimuth thrusters and Kensberg DP2 dynamic positioning system.
